Erlend Viddal

CEO/Founder
Erlend Viddal’s entrepreneurial experience spans over 25 years with the founding of 4 companies with the Norwegian WebPlan A/S being the most recent. Through these 25 years, he has filled many roles including developer, solution architect and senior executive in several companies ranging from general IT services to software development and hosting. He has developed expert knowledge on databases, software architecture and solution development, infrastructure and operating systems. Most recently, he was the architect behind Publicus, one of the world’s leading Content Management Solutions and hosting operations for the newspaper media industry. Both WebPlan and the Publicus CMS was acquired by SAXOTECH A/S and the product is now known as SAXOTECH Online. In addition to being the architect for Publicus, Erlend has also been an open source contributor for over 25 years.

Richard Bienvenue
Senior Partner/Network Engineering
Richard Bienvenue has over 25 years of experience in network and systems engineering, beginning with secure voice and data telecommunications systems for the US military. His technical expertise encompasses design, installation, administration, maintenance and support functions up to and including ISO Seven Layer model, major Frame Relay and ATM installations with international organizations such as Sony and Scottish Power. In addition to providing hosting services design for Internet Service Providers based in the UK and Europe, Richard co-architected a virtualized hosting solution based on Windows 2008 series server applications, and Blade/SAN platform for major news publishing organizations. Through his efforts, he has gained an excellent understanding of network engineering and interplay with the applications making use of such technologies.

Jeffrey Hoffman
Senior Partner/Operations
Jeff Hoffman has a proven track record of optimizing margins, revenues, efficiency, and cost control, establishing himself as a successful operations executive. Combining 15 years experience in IT management, strategic planning, and P&L management, he has created value by enhancing international business development, cultivated strong customer & vendor relationships, devised content management and publishing / printing technology solutions. He is a hands-on manager who leverages outstanding knowledge of PMI & PRINCE 2 project management methodologies, ITIL processes, and IT-Business Alignment.

Espen Holmen
Senior Partner/Web Technologies
Espen Holmen has 20 years of experience in hosting architecture and web technologies. He is an expert in data integration, data transformation, database driven web publishing and web development languages. He managed the technical operations for one of Norway’s first ISPs. He also built and maintained several state-of-the-art international hosting solutions. In addition, he co-architected the Publicus CMS as well as created all system reference materials, tools and end user documentation.

Scott Mahan

Scott Mahan has nearly 25 years of professional software development and management experience. His breadth of experience in the Media, Medical, Legal, Insurance, Software and Hospitality industries gives him unique insight into the requirements for successful full life cycle management of any given software project. Scott is an expert in the latest development tools, databases and design methodologies.
